We have well-equipped laboratories for long-term testing of all types of inks. At room temperature, we use different brands and models of CIJ printers to simulate and test the printing process. The ink operates under different viscosity, pressure, modulation value and other parameters. The number of tests can be up to 900000 times. By recording the occurrence of faults and testing the print quality, the parameters of the ink are adjusted to achieve the best operational stability.

Thank you very much for your interest in our ink. First of all, you need to provide us with your company information and which CIJ printer you want to use ink on. For samples, we have two solutions.
We will charge you for ink samples and provide you with corresponding data to help promote the stable operation of your CIJ printer.
You can send the test materials to us. We will arrange to test the material with the required ink, shoot a video and send you the test results. We can send the materials back to you according to your requirements.
Pre-Sales Question 5:
How do you ensure safe and on-time delivery?
Answer:

Logistics legality. According to the different requirements of customers, we use sea, road and rail transportation, and transport goods by certified logistics companies, which can legally transport dangerous goods.

When placing an order, you need to consider the purchase quantity and subsequent replenishment. We will also remind you to replenish your stock regularly to ensure you have a safe stock.
After-sales question 1:
If the printer fails after using your ink, how can we determine whether it is your ink that causes the failure?

Our ink products in strict accordance with the standard production process and testing process, only qualified products can be sold in the market.
According to the characteristics of the ink, qualified samples will be extracted for retention after production and testing, and the time period for sample retention will be set according to the characteristics of the ink, so that once there is an after-sales problem, you can quickly detect the same batch of ink for judgment.
In our test laboratory, equipped with various CIJ printers, we can perform live broadcast or video test ink on the CIJ printer model you specify, and identify the cause of your printer failure.

One of your inks is what we want, but we are not sure of its quality and actual performance. What can you do?
Answer:
First of all, thank you very much for your interest in our ink. You need to provide your company's information and which brand of CIJ printer you want to use this ink on. We will send the test data to you.
You can provide us with information about the materials and test methods of the products you want to print. We will prepare the material and share the test with you via webcast or video.
