Automation Equipment Engineer

1. Mainly responsible for the maintenance of non-standard automation equipment, assisting in the programming of new equipment PLC, improving the automation level, efficiency qualification rate and safety of production lines; developing non-standard tooling molds related to production, R&D, process and testing;
2. Selection and procurement of electrical accessories and important auxiliary accessories for new equipment, tolerance design of non-standard tooling, outsourcing processing, progress tracking, assembly and debugging;
3. Repair and maintenance of electronic and electrical parts of automation equipment
4. Installation and debugging of production equipment, writing IQ plans and reports, communicating development projects and tracking project progress.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical/automation related majors, more than 1 year of relevant experience;
2. Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit and innovation ability, strong stress resistance;
3. Those with experience in equipment maintenance and non-standard development are preferred.

Engaged in mechanical design engineer, mechanical major. Familiar with electronic products, general production equipment and process flow. Familiar with PCB board design software and proficient in using mechanical design software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD. Can engage in structural design work.
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the structural design of mechanical processing and tool products, including external and internal structures and tooling design, so that the products meet the requirements of reliability, manufacturability, maintainability and cost.
2. According to the needs of the market and production, propose improvement plans for product design and implement them in a timely manner.
3. Implement reliability experiments on product structural parts, and do a good job in component evaluation and verification and product structure risk analysis.
4. Complete relevant design technical documents in a timely manner. 1. Responsible for non-standard project mechanical structure design, drawing, and list sorting;
5. Responsible for the optimization of mechanical structure of previous projects, put forward standard opinions, and 3D change drawing and archive;
6. Assist in electrical commissioning.
7. Responsible for the standardized improvement of machines with standardized prospects, and draw and archive.
